    As CEO of ibex, Bob has launched the company’s BPO 2.0 revolution, leading ibex’s transformation into a tech-led, digitally-driven, award-winning provider of end-to-end customer lifecycle and digital transformation solutions for the world’s leading New Economy and Blue Chip brands. During his time as CEO, Bob has made strategic investments in technology, people, and nearshore and offshore growth, expanding ibex’s footprint in the emerging, dynamic markets of Nicaragua, Jamaica, and The Philippines, featuring impressively branded contact centers and highly skilled and engaged agents. Since joining the company in 2015, Bob has driven major revenue and EBITDA growth at ibex, leading to the company’s August 2020 IPO on Nasdaq, marking ibex as a key provider and growth leader in the industry. Prior to his role at ibex, Bob was the Chief Sales, Marketing and Client Services Offer at Qualfon, a rapidly growing global BPO provider with a particular focus on nearshore service delivery capabilities.

    Mohammed Khaishgi has served as chairman of our board of directors since September 2017. Mr. Khaishgi was a founding partner and served as the chief operating officer of TRGI, a position he held since TRGI’s inception in 2002 until December 2017, responsible for overseeing TRGI’s day-to-day operations, including management and oversight of its portfolio of direct holdings. Mr. Khaishgi continues to serve as a director of TRGI. Prior to joining TRGI, Mr. Khaishgi was a senior director at Align Technology, where he managed Align’s offshore delivery center and back office services operations. Mr. Khaishgi was previously a senior investment officer at the World Bank’s International Finance Corporation (the ‘‘IFC’’) where he was responsible for the IFC’s portfolio of investments in the Asian telecommunications and technology sectors. Mr. Khaishgi received his undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology in Lahore, Pakistan, an additional B.A. degree in philosophy, politics and economics from the University of Oxford where he was a Rhodes Scholar, and a M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School.

    Daniella Ballou-Aares has served as a member of our board since March 2018. Daniella is the CEO and Co-Founder of the Leadership Now Project, a national membership organization of business and thought leaders committed to renewing American democracy. Daniella began her career at one of the top global management consulting firms, Bain & Company, working across the firm’s offices in the US, South Africa, and the UK. From there, she became a founding Partner at Dalberg, where she led the Americas business and transformed it from a seven-person startup to the largest global social impact strategy firm with 25 offices across Africa, Asia, Latin America, Europe, and the US. Daniella then spent five years in the Obama Administration as the Senior Advisor for Development to the Secretary of State, serving under Secretaries Clinton and Kerry. She was instrumental to negotiating the 192-country agreement on the Sustainable Development Goals and reorienting the $10 billion US government global HIV initiative toward data-driven programming. Daniella’s perspectives have been featured in the Harvard Business Review, The New York Times, Fast Company, POLITICO, and at the World Economic Forum, among others. Daniella is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and was a 2014 World Economic Forum Young Global Leader. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School and graduated cum laude from Cornell with a BS in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering. Daniella lives in New York City with her husband and two daughters.

    Fiona Beck has served as a member of our board since July 2020. Ms. Beck has held senior executive and director positions in large infrastructure companies focused on the telecommunications and technology sectors, including as the President and CEO of Southern Cross Cable Limited, a submarine fiberoptic cable company, for 13 years. Ms. Beck currently serves as a director of Oakley Capital Investments Ltd (LSE: OCI), Ocean Wilsons Holding Ltd (LSE: OCN), and Atlas Arteria International Ltd (ASX:ALX). She also serves as a director of the Bermuda Business Development Agency, focusing on the technology and financial technology sectors. Ms. Beck served as a director of Twilio IP Holding Ltd (a subsidiary of Twilio Inc., NYSE: TWLO), a cloud-based communications platform to February 2021. Ms. Beck holds a Bachelor of Management (Hons.) degree in finance and accounting from University of Waikato, New Zealand and is a chartered accountant.

    John Jones has served as a member of our board since March 2018. Mr. Jones previously served Expert Global Solutions, Inc. as chief client officer from 2015 until 2016 and chief operating officer from 2011 until 2015. Prior to joining Expert Global Solutions, Inc. in 2011, Mr. Jones served in various leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. for more than 25 years. He holds a B.S. degree in business management from the University of Phoenix.

    Patrick J. McGinnis joined our board in October 2024. He has served as director of investment holding company TRGI since 2005, and previously served as a director for venture capital firm TRG Pakistan Limited from 2005 to 2022. Since 2010, he has also served as Managing Partner of Dirigo Advisors, LLC. Patrick is the Co-Founder of The xQuotient. He has more than 25 years of experience in emerging markets, private equity, and venture capital, with prior roles at Chase Capital Partners, JPMorgan Partners, AIG Capital Partners and PineBridge Investments. Patrick holds a B.S. in Foreign Service, with a concentration in International Economics, from Georgetown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

    Shuja Keen

    Shuja Keen has served as a member of our board since March 2018. Mr. Keen joined TRGI in 2002 and currently serves as a managing director. His primary responsibility is to help the firm drive value by improving the operational effectiveness of TRGI’s portfolio companies, and leading fundraising, growth, and liquidity initiatives. Mr. Keen graduated with a S.B. degree from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with concentrations in finance, information technology, and operations research and a minor in economics.

    JJ Zhuang served as Chief Architect and member of the senior leadership team of Instacart from 2018 to 2024, where he oversaw the company’s technology strategy and led the full-stack AI product and workforce productivity transformation. From 2014 to 2018, he was a Distinguished Engineer and held other leadership roles at Microsoft, where he led Office365 app technology. Prior to that, JJ co-founded Acompli, serving as Chief Technology Officer, and led the creation of the Acompli mobile app that Microsoft acquired and rebranded as the Outlook app in 2014.

    JJ holds a B.S. degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and has more than 20 years of tech industry experience, with a deep technical background in cloud computing and Artificial Intelligence.
