Explanation of Responses:

1. The reported shares are held directly by PineBridge Global Emerging Markets Partners II, L.P., a Cayman Islands limited partnership ("GEM II"). PineBridge GEM II G.P., L.P., a Cayman Islands limited partnership ("GEM II GP") is the 100% owner of the sole general partner of GEM II. John Leone, a director of IBEX Limited (the "Company"), Kevin Clowe and Pierre Mellinger serve on the investment committee of GEM II GP which manages the investment activities of GEM II.

2. GEM II GP, Mr. Leone, Mr. Clowe and Mr. Mellinger disclaim beneficial ownership of the reported securities except to the extent of any pecuniary interest therein, and this report shall not be deemed an admission of beneficial ownership of the securities for purposes of Section 16 or any other purpose.

Remarks:

IBEX Limited determined that as of December 31, 2022, the Company no longer qualified as a foreign private issuer. Beginning July 1, 2023, the Reporting Person is subject to Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
